Aramont Welcomes Stephen Ng as Director of Technical Operations
Aramont Company Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Ng Shui Sing, a former Suzo Happ executive, as Director of Technical Operations, effective 10 September 2026.
In this newly created role, Stephen will lead Aramont’s Technical Operations department, driving the exploration, development and growth of the company’s technical services across Asia.
Stephen brings 16 years of experience in the Asian gaming industry, having spent 16 years with Suzo Happ Asia Limited, where he served as Operations Director Asia from 2010 to 2026. During his career, he has led gaming and OEM account sales across the region, managed technical service and product teams, represented the company at major international trade shows, directed customer support and after-sales service operations, and negotiated contracts with procurement and casino administration departments throughout Asia.
Throughout his career, Stephen has achieved notable milestones, including leading the research, development and market entry of DAD (Display Audit Device) and FAB (Fast Action Baccarat) hardware in Macau, driving both products to a dominant market share and earning him the 2015 New Talent Business Award of Macau.
Stephen has also played a key role in equipping and supplying gaming and non-gaming products for several major casino openings, including Galaxy Macau, Wynn Palace, MGM Cotai, Broadway and Resorts World Manila in the Philippines, now known as Newport World Resorts. Over his career, Stephen has managed OEM account relationships with leading global manufacturers including IGT, Paltronics, Konami, Aruze and Sega Sammy.
